We Buy Lansing is a specialized real estate acquisition brand operated by Dolinski Group and focused on residential property acquisition in Greater Lansing.
When evaluating a property for direct acquisition, We Buy Lansing and/or an affiliated purchasing entity acts as a prospective buyer for its own account and not as the property owner’s real estate representative.
A direct purchase offer may reflect investment considerations including property condition, repairs, holding costs, financing, risk, resale potential, and required investment return.

Achieve Capital Partners
Achieve Capital Partners is a real estate investment and capital entity affiliated with Dolinski Group.

The specific entity participating in a transaction may vary based on the nature and structure of the investment.
Achieve Real Estate
Achieve Real Estate is an independent Michigan real estate brokerage.
Alex Craig is a licensed Michigan real estate broker affiliated with Achieve Real Estate.
Any real estate brokerage services provided by Alex are performed through Achieve Real Estate and are separate from Dolinski Group’s investment and acquisition activities.
A relationship with Dolinski Group, We Buy Lansing, or another affiliated brand does not by itself create a brokerage or agency relationship with Alex Craig or Achieve Real Estate.
Buyer vs. Brokerage Relationships
The distinction between investment and brokerage is important.
When Dolinski Group, We Buy Lansing, Achieve Capital Partners, or another affiliated purchasing entity is evaluating or acquiring real estate for its own account, the purchasing entity is acting as a buyer or investor — not as the property owner’s real estate representative.
When Alex Craig provides brokerage services through Achieve Real Estate, those services are governed by the applicable brokerage relationship, agreements, disclosures, and Michigan real estate licensing requirements.
Property owners should understand which role applies before entering into a transaction.
Specialized Brands & Platforms
Dolinski Group may develop or operate specialized real estate brands, websites, platforms, intellectual property, and other capabilities addressing particular markets, property types, or parts of the real estate lifecycle.
