This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Dolinski Group (along with our affiliates, “we”, “our” or “us”) through your use of this website, mobile application, services, content and materials made available through our website or company, or when you otherwise interact with us (collective, the “Services”).

We may change this Policy, and will provide notice of changes by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy, and in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Service after notices constitutes your consent to the change.

What Information Does This Apply To?

Dolinski Group LLC is an entity that sells consulting and products to real estate agents, as well as earns affiliate income and advertising income. The Dolinski Group does NOT offer brokerage services independent of a licensed real estate broker. Alex Craig has a broker affiliation for any offer for brokering real property. As such, information collected on Dolinski Group may be shared with an affiliated broker.

Information collected on the following sites that Dolinski Group is affiliated which may be shared with Dolinski Group:

  • Third-Party Real Estate Websites, such as Zillow
  • Robinson Painting Co.

This Policy applies information collected by the Service as described herein. When you use the Services, you agree to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Policy.

How Information is Collected

Information You Provide Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you subscribe to electronic newsletter, participate in any interactive features of the Services, participate in any event, survey, contest promotion, communicate with us via third-party sites like social media or email, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us.

They types of information we collect include your name, email address, postal address, gender, date of birth, occupation, employer information, photo, preference or interest data, and any other information you choose to provide.

If you provide an email address to invite a friend to participate in the Services, we will collect that email address and use it to send your friend such invitation. We may also upload your contact information into the Services if you provide that information to us offline or in other ways.

  • Real Estate Preferences: We may collect information on your real estate preferences and interest using the Service, including whether you plan on buying or selling real estate, home search criteria, information about your real estate, and other information related to the purchase or sale of real estate.

In most cases, you can control what information you share with us through privacy settings on those third-party social media services.
  • Third Parties: We may also obtain information from any other source, website, or in person, and combine or associate that with information we collect through our Services. For example, if you provide us with your name and city, we may in accordance with authorized procedures use Bresser’s software to find your mailing address.

  • Provide the Service: Provide, maintain, improve, and promote the Service, including, for example, to send or facilitate communications among you, licensed real estate professionals and their affiliated entities, and other users of the Service, provide products and services you request (send related information), provide customer support and respond to comments, questions, and requests, and send updates, security alerts, technical notices, and administrative messages. Further, we reserve the right to share the information with Coldwell Banker Hubbell-Briarwood Brokerage, Coldwell Banker, and affiliated companies, marketing partners, and third-party service providers, as permitted by law, in order to fulfill our commitment of providing you with services;
  • Communicate: Communicate with you about products, services, surveys, offers, promotions, rewards and events offered by Company, our franchisor, and others, provide news and information we think will be of interest to you;
  • Personalize: Personalize and improve the Service and provide advertisements, content or features that match user profiles or interests. Link or combine information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better service;
  • Analysis: Perform internal operations, including, for example, operational issues, improve security, conduct data analysis, and monitoring usage and activity;
  • Facilitate contests, sweepstakes and promotions, and process and deliver entries and rewards that comply with applicable Michigan real estate law; and
  • Carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected. We will collect information with the objective of fulfilling purposes specified by us or other compatible purposes.

We are based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the process and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries, where you may not have the same rights under local law.

We may share the information we collect about you as described in this Policy or as described at the time of collection or sharing, including as follows:

Through the Service

We may share your information:

  • With independent real estate professionals, owners and operators of franchised real estate brokerage companies, and franchisor to enable them to provide services you request through the Service.
  • With third parties or affiliates to provide you a service you requested through a partnership or promotional offering made by a third party or us.
  • With the public when you participate in interactive areas of our Services, certain information you provide may be display to other users, such as your name, photo, comments and other information you choose to provide.
  • With third parties with whom you choose to let us share information, for example, other apps or websites that integrate with the Service or those with a Service with which we integrate.

Through Other Means of Sharing

We may share your information:

  • With vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out or perform services on our behalf;
  • With affiliates or third party service providers that provide services or conduct data processing, analysis, or wrangling on our behalf or for data centralization purposes.

How Does Social Sharing Apply?

The Service may integrate with social sharing features and other related tools which all you to share content or actions you take on the Service. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the setting you establish in your social sharing services. We do not receive or store passwords to your third party social media accounts.

Advertising and Analytics Services Provided By Others

We may allow others to serve advertisements on our behalf across the internet and to provide analytics services. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites, including your IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, and more. This information may be used by Company and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine popularity of content, targeted marketing, and to better understand your online activity.

Company takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. We will retain personal information as long as necessary to fulfill Company purposes. We will take reasonable security safeguards to protect personal information.
